We are seeking a SENCo who can provide strategic SEND and Inclusion leadership.
This is a non – class-based role where you will lead a dedicated Inclusion team.
Whether you are making referrals to health professionals, assessing children, modelling interventions, carrying out observations or responding to parents, you will impress us with your ability to support our friendly dedicated school team. Analysing data, leading staff meetings and ensuring children are receiving the appropriate interventions are all elements of this interesting and varied role.
Your experience will include having an understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, working with a range of special educational needs and preferably having already had some experience of the role of a SENCo or willing to undertake the NASENCo accreditation.
Above all you are adaptable, creative and energetic, with a high level of integrity as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships at all levels and with a wide range of professionals.

Teachers’ Pay and Conditions.
Salary: MPS/ UPS + SEND Allowance depending upon experience
Contract length: Full -time / Part - time
