The Ryde is a friendly and popular oversubscribed one form entry school in Hatfield that is actively looking for a class teacher in Key Stage 2 to join their team. The Head Teacher is an innovative leader who is keen for teachers to develop and be the best they can be. We work to develop our teachers’ practice to increase children’s achievement while minimising and managing teacher workload. We are looking for a teacher who shares our ethos and is passionate about making a positive difference to our children’s learning.

Our "Learning Outside the Classroom" and “Forest School” status provides excellent opportunities for children to enrich their learning experience onsite and in the woodland areas nearby. The Head Teacher believes the children should be offered a broad, balanced and creative curriculum which is delivered within a rich and stimulating learning environment. We are very proud of our Learning Outside the Classroom Gold Award.
