About the role

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor  to join our  team of dedicated staff to support our teaching and learning. 

Do you have patience, a sense of fun, enthusiasm and self motivation to enable children to achieve? 

If so, we would love you to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly under the direction of the Classteacher and at times independently, adapting to support pupils' learning needs. Primarily, this role would be about removing barriers to learning and helping pupils succeed.

The hours of work are:

Monday - 8.45-3.15pm

Tuesday 8.45-1.30pm

Friday 8.45-3.15pm

Experience of supporting children with SEND, as well as knowledge of strategies supporting SEMH and behaviour would be a distinct advantage for this role.  

We are looking for applicants who have relevant experience of working with children in a primary school, preferably in KS2, and who have lots of patience, enthusiasm and initiative. 

A good level of English and Maths is required. We are a friendly, supportive and hard working team who look after each other and share a passion and commitment to achieve the very best outcomes for the children in our care.
