Pupil Wellbeing and Learning Support Worker

We have a permanent vacancy for a ‘Pupil Wellbeing and Learning Support Worker’ for 25 hours per week (5 hours per day from 8:30am-1.30pm) term time only to join us.

Salary will be paid at H5 pro-rata.

We are looking for:

  • a person who is passionate about working with children
  • English and Maths GSCE grade 5 and above
  • an outstanding candidate who has current pastoral experience with any years in the primary range, who is passionate about achieving the highest possible standards and making a difference to every child
  • a person who is  able to work 1:1 with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities(SEND), deliver targeted interventions and support the well-being of our children
  • a good communicator who is able to work flexibly (adapting and prioritising their work) and work effectively as part of a team
  • a person who has a sense of humour and who is patient
