About the role
We are seeking to appoint a kind, enthusiastic and innovative Key Stage 1 Leader (with class teacher duties) to join our hard working and friendly team of staff from September 2025. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will have full responsibility of staff and children in Key Stage 1 (two form entry Year 1 and Year 2 classes). You will receive dedicated leadership time to fulfill this part of your role.
You will have prior experience of working in the EYFS to help us develop our play based approaches in Year 1 to meet the needs of the children. You will lead by example with high expectations, endless patience and enjoy having fun. As a committed leader you will inspire KS1 staff to ensure all children make good progress and engage families in a sensitive and considerate manner.
We strongly advise that you visit our school to see the setting. Please contact the school office to arrange this during w/c 22nd April when we return from the Easter break.
