About the role
Our children at the Brookland Federation, are looking for an inspirational teacher to come and join our fun, dynamic and vibrant community!
We are looking to appoint an innovative, passionate, and ambitious primary classroom teacher.
The Brookland Federation consists of two schools; Brookland Infant and Nursery School and Brookland Junior School. Both schools have been rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted. The infant school is 2-form entry and the junior school is currently 3-form entry.

The ideal candidate will be able to create a nurturing learning environment, which demonstrates their ability to accelerate children’s learning and be committed to achieving high standards as well as creating an inclusive environment for all.
You will be fully supported by the headship team across the Federation. Our outstanding staff and children make us a great place to work. When you join us, you will be supported and developed through our extensive CPD programme and given effective PPA allocation to allow for a better work/life balance. We ensure that year group PPA is offered together so that joint planning can take place weekly.
