We are seeking an ECT to join our highly skilled team of professionals. The post is a full time, permanent position starting in September 2025. With a strong track record of successfully supporting Early Career Teachers, we are excited to offer this opportunity for someone to join our team. We have a wonderful team of staff and pupils who are motivated to learn and grow. Our school is full of fun, laughter, kindness and hard work.
We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher who:
- is passionate about teaching and learning.
- has high standards and high expectations of all pupils.
- is able to focus on maintaining high standards across the curriculum.
- has the ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and a calm, organised work ethic.
- has experience and understanding of organising, promoting and evaluating the children’s learning.
- is able to deliver well planned, well considered and motivational lessons, with experience of motivating and managing children effectively.
- possesses strong communication skills, appropriate to communicating effectively with staff, parents and children.
