About the role
St Augustine’s Under 5s are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to manage our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ small and friendly team committed to providing high quality early years care and education for children. As the Team Leader with a good understanding of the EYFS and friendly and flexible approach you will be able to build positive relationships with staff, children and their families ensuring that each child’s needs are recognised and met.
The job would involve overseeing staff, day to day administration, finance, maintenance of the setting and reporting to the Trustees.
Applicants to be qualified to level 3/4 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
