Due to an existing Teaching Assistant taking on a teaching role within the school, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, inspirational and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at Jenyns First School and Nursery.

Jenyns First School and Nursery is a small school where our children receive quality first teaching in mixed age classes, from a dedicated and experienced team.  We require a Class Teaching Assistant for the Summer Term 2025, working two mornings a week in our mixed Year 3/4 class. The role includes general teaching assistant duties to assist in the support of all pupils. Applicants will need to have experience of working with children of the relevant age, with good numeracy and literacy skills and an understanding of the curricular requirements of the school, these to include statutory requirements.
