About the role

The Sele School is seeking an outstanding educator of Maths to join a high achieving, successful and forward- looking team of staff. We wish to appoint an imaginative and enthusiastic teacher with ambition to develop further in their career. The successful candidate will be keen to work alongside a team determined to create an excellent learning experience for all of our students

As a Maths teacher, you will inspire and motivate young people to understand the application of Mathematics in a variety of contexts, both within and beyond the classroom. The department places great emphasis on problem solving and conceptual methods that help students to appreciate the importance of Maths in the wider world.

We are keen that students have an opportunity to extend their interest and enthusiasm for Mathematics by taking part in a range of extracurricular activities such as clubs, visits, and competitions. We would welcome any contribution you could make to these activities at The Sele School.
