Salary – MPS/UPS + Outer Fringe Allowance + TLR 2b £5,832

Up to £1500 for relocation and additional responsibility available for the right candidate

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive STEM strategy across the academy.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Science, Maths, and Design & Technology to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Inspire students through engaging STEM clubs, events, and partnerships with local industries and universities.
  • Empower staff with professional development opportunities to enhance STEM teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with the Heads of Science, Maths, and Design & Technology to increase student engagement and raise attainment in A-Level STEM subjects.

  • A passionate advocate for STEM education with a vision to inspire and lead.
  • Experience in teaching or coordinating STEM subjects, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
