About the role

We are looking for someone with a positive, can do attitude, who is hardworking, committed, motivated and trustworthy who will take pride in looking after our school. 

Our new Site Manager will ensure that the school site is a safe, clean and tidy and a secure environment for pupils, staff, families and visitors.  They will participate fully in all aspects of the life of the school and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders.

Suitable applicants will be skilled and experienced in DIY, have good practical skills and general maintenance ability, and able to use their initiative.  The role involves a lot of physical effort with walking around our large site and elements of lifting and carrying. You will also be responsible for completing statutory paperwork and have basic IT skills.

You will be working very closely with the school Business Manager on Statutory requirements, ensuring that the school is complying with current legislation/guidelines.
