MPS/UPS + TLR

Required for September 2025

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the inclusion and progress of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities across the school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate the identification, assessment and provision of support for pupils with SEND, working closely with teachers, parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to staff to enhance their understanding of SEND issues and effective teaching strategies for pupils with diverse needs.
  • Monitor the progress of pupils with SEND, reviewing provision and making appropriate adjustments to support their learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies.
  • Be actively involved in the leadership and management of the school.
  • Be an outstanding practitioner.
  • Be able to deliver inspirational learning.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to foster links between the school, home and wider community.
  • Be committed to excellence, inclusion and challenge.
  • Support the Jewish ethos of the school.
