About the role
We are looking to appoint an experienced SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team in our successful and supportive school.
The candidate will support the class teacher in developing and implementing effective differentiated programmes to ensure that the child can reach their full potential. The successful applicant will be able to liaise well with the class teacher, senior leaders and professionals as well as use their own initiative when necessary. There is an excellent opportunity for some additional training to ensure consistency in the support for the child.

This role could be full-time or part-time, but is Monday to Friday. Full-time hours are 8:40am - 3:20pm. We are ideally looking for someone to start at the beginning of February. This is a fixed term contract until July 2025 (there may be the opportunity to extend the contract).
