About the role
Are you passionate about teaching? Are you looking to make a real difference to a school community? Are you looking to work within a friendly, supportive team? If so, you are the person we are looking for to teach in our wonderful Reception class.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a fantastic school community! We are looking to appoint an experienced EYFS teacher who is a committed, creative and dynamic individual with high expectations of our pupils and themselves. We need someone who is passionate about teaching and has the enthusiasm and dedication to make a difference in the lives of our pupils.
In return, we can offer the right candidate: happy, well behaved and enthusiastic pupils who enjoy learning; a dedicated, dynamic and close-knit team of staff; an experienced mentor; a comprehensive induction and development programme for all new staff; a highly supportive governing body; attractive classroom and outside area; excellent TA support; structured CPD and opportunities for further development. We would love to develop your potential!
At Gade Valley the health, safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. We expect all staff, governors and volunteers to share this commitment to safeguarding our pupils. The successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, medical clearance, acceptable online search and satisfactory references. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion. Please note, references will be taken up before interview.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged – we look forward to meeting you. To make an appointment please contact Daniel Barron at head@gadevalley.herts.sch.uk or on 01442391324
