About the role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher with high expectations to inspire and motivate our children. The post is part-time, 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday.

Applicants must believe passionately in creating an inclusive ethos and have an ambition to ensure all children achieve and make good progress. We are keen to recruit a teacher who has a desire to create an engaging environment and curriculum, full of learning experiences that pupils will love and remember.

Ideal candidates will:

  • have high expectations of all pupils
  • be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and the community

All teachers make a valuable contribution to the school’s development and, therefore, to the progress of all pupils. All teachers, except those who are newly qualified, will have a lead responsibility for a curriculum area across the whole school and will be supported in that role by their line manager. The area for this job would preferably be Geography.
