Outdoor Education Fellow
Fixed Term; Full Time

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Haileybury on a fixed-term contract as Outdoor Education Fellow.
Role
The Fellow will support the delivery of the Outdoor and Adventure Education programmes at Haileybury, which are designed to encourage pupils to embrace adventure, develop leadership skills and build resilience through a range of challenging activities.
From weekly mountain biking and outdoor cookery, to the overseas expedition to Nepal in October 2025, this is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a fantastic programme within our beautiful school.
It is desirable, but not essential, that the successful applicant will be educated to a degree level within a relevant subject, have NGB qualifications in mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, or similar, and experience with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold award.
