Our children need a friendly, playful and patient MSA to help supervise them over our lunchtime period. Our friendly MSA team need a supportive, engaged and reliable new colleague to join them in the dining hall and during outside play.

About the Role
The post is to support pupils with their pastoral and social needs over lunchtime. Full details are in the Job Description.
The role is from 12pm to 1.15pm Monday to Friday, during term-time (6.25 hrs per week, 39 weeks per year, plus paid holiday). There are regular opportunities for additional hours (supporting in class), and access to training offered to all staff.
The role attracts a competitive £12.63 per hour (Herts NJC Scale ‘HB’), including the ‘fringe allowance’ pay enhancement and generous Terms and Conditions.
About You
You will need to have good communication skills, a great sense of humour, and the ability to develop positive relationships with children and staff. The successful candidate will also be reliable and punctual and have a willingness to learn. Lack of experience isn’t necessarily a barrier – training can be provided for the right person.
