About the role
An exciting opportunity to lead our specialist team of three Science Technicians. The Science Technicians are an integral part of the faculty, providing valuable support to the Physics, Chemistry and Biology teaching staff in the delivery of a dynamic Science curriculum and practicals for KS3, GCSE and A level Sciences. You will join the faculty in a brand new, purpose-built Science block with 12 high-specification teaching laboratories and bespoke preparation rooms on each of its 3 floors.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting as a Science Technician and have a keen interest in Science. Your organised and efficient approach will contribute to the smooth running of the department.
The preferred working pattern is 08.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday. However, we may be able to offer some flexibility and this can be discussed at the interview.
