  • able to employ a range of assessment for learning strategies to ensure that all pupils learn effectively,
  • reflective and keen to develop their practice,
  • able to work in partnership with parents, staff and governors.

We can offer:

  • well behaved and highly motivated children who are ready to learn,
  • a caring and positive teaching and learning environment,
  • a commitment to your ongoing professional development including excellent CPD opportunities,
  • a strong, collaborative leadership team,
  • well-resourced classrooms,
  • a friendly motivated staff with supportive governors and parents.

We warmly welcome visitors. Please call our office on 01992 582765 to make an appointment or email Naomi Murray, our School Business Manager, on sbm@bengeo.herts.sch.uk with your preferred date and time. We look forward to hearing from you.

As part of our school's vision for the future we are seeking to diversify our staff and we strongly encourage suitably qualified applicants from all backgrounds to apply and join us.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and staff, and expect all staff and volunteers to share the commitment. Successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring service (DBS). Also, we might conduct an online search as part of due diligence checks in the recruitment process. It is an offence to apply for a role involving regulated activity with children if you are barred from this type of activity.

We reserve the right to interview and appoint before the closing date should the right candidate apply. Please apply early to avoid disappointment
