Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons per the National curriculum framework.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Create a classroom environment that supports children's personal, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• puts children at the top of the agenda,
• has a genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• a creative and enthusiastic, willing to contribute to the broader school community
• can demonstrate excellent experience teaching within Keys stage 2, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum.
• has a solid commitment to raising achievement and can excite, inspire and motivate pupils and staff to achieve their best
• will share our school vision and demonstrate commitment to our continued school improvement drive  

Successful candidates will be asked to teach a lesson during the interview.
