Oakwood is a 1.5 form of entry community in St Albans. We were delighted to be recently graded as "Good" by Ofsted across all areas. This position could suit an ECT or an experienced teacher looking for career development. A TLR may be available for a candidate with experience leading phonics and/or English.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is excited about teaching and learning, and is dedicated to contributing to all aspects of school life
- Has the ability to inspire, empower and lead colleagues and pupils, by having highly effective interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about improving learning and wellbeing for all groups of pupils and forging effective partnerships with parents in order to achieve this
- Is keen to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of learning and pedagogy in order to grow and develop as a practitioner.
