About the role

We are seeking to recruit an inspirational and visionary GCSE History Tutor for 3 hours a week, who enjoys working both within the classroom and outside, using our rural and unique setting on a farm to ignite students imagination and ethusiasm for learning. They would be teaching on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis, with motivated and intelligent students who want to succeed at GCSE History. 

We encourage any applicant who is interested in the role to arrange a visit to the school.  

The successful candidate:

  • Must be an excellent practitioner with creative and innovative ideas and committed to achieving the best outcomes for students. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and can differentiate learning to meet the needs of each student.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively, setting and meeting appropriate targets, be solution driven and be a positive force of good at the school.
  • Must be fully IT literate.
  • Must be willing to drive
