We are looking for a Headteacher who is driven to strengthen and secure our curriculum, in line with the high expectations set by our senior leaders and governors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven record of inspiring and motivating others, and the ability to promote positive and respectful relationships across the school.
Key qualities and skills:
· Clear vision for the future of the school
· Ability to inspire and motivate staff, pupils, and the wider community
· Strategic thinking and goal-setting capabilities
· Collaborative leadership style
· Effective communication with all stakeholders
· Resilience and robustness in handling challenging situations
· Strong relationship-building skills
· Dedication to continuous professional development
· Understanding of school finances and ability to work with Governors and the Business Manager

We look forward to welcoming a new Headteacher who shares our vision and values.
