About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our school and we are looking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and well organised Finance Administrator who will fit in well in our busy and friendly office.

Typical daily tasks include: processing the day to day financial transactions accurately and on time, sending invoices, managing income and expenditure and providing administrative services to the school.

The right candidate would have excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative when dealing with problems, good attention to detail and a sense of humor. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential. Previous school finance experience is desirable. 

Hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days and there is flexibility with start and finish times.
