About the role

Can you inspire, innovate, and lead with purpose?

Are you looking to take the next step in your headship career? This Executive Headship role offers an incredible opportunity for an experienced Headteacher ready to elevate their leadership on a broader scale.

The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation was built on a shared vision — one that values collaboration, inclusivity, and high aspirations for every child. Now, we are looking for an Executive Headteacher to drive our federation forward, building on our strong foundations and championing excellence in education.

Why choose us?

You will lead two well-established schools that are deeply rooted in their local community. Our federation thrives on teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to staff and pupil well-being. From shared best practices to a unified improvement plan, we offer a cohesive environment where you can make a lasting impact. In addition, we have:

  • A stable and dedicated staff team of committed professionals who believe in our ethos.
  • A culture of innovation where you will have the freedom to trial new approaches and shape the future.
  • Strong governance support from engaged and strategic governors who champion leadership.
  • A growing community in an evolving local area that offers fresh opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

You will be an experienced Headteacher or Executive Headteacher with a passion for early years AND primary education. You’ll bring visibility, resilience, and a strategic mindset —able to lead with confidence, inspire staff, and foster a culture of excellence.

If you are ready to take on this unique leadership opportunity, we would love to hear from you. Arrange to view our federation during the school day by emailing Cetta Guglielm at PA@greenfieldandhurstdrive.co.uk.
