About the role

At All Saints Catholic Academy Trust, we are recruiting for a newly created position of Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to our CEO, and Executive Team. This post also covers the role of Clerk to the Trust Board, which will require flexibility to be available for evening meetings.

37 hours per week, term-time plus 4 weeks 

Hay Pay Scale H8 - actual starting salary £31, 385

Interviews are planned for Tuesday 20th May 2025.

The post is effective from September 2025, however an earlier start date may be available to the right candidate.

Job overview

The EA will support, organise and manage administration, support systems and other activities that enable the effective running of the Trust. This will include PA and secretarial support to the Trust CEO and Clerking and Administration support to the Trust Board.

The EA role requires someone with high-organisational and communication skills, good personal skills and above all, someone interested in playing a big part in a central MAT team. To succeed in this role, you will need to have an ability to multi-task different areas of work, together with a keen eye for detail and well-honed IT skills. The postholder will be intuitive with the ability to show initiative and work proactively to support the CEO.
