About the role
Club Excel is Hertfordshire's leading holiday club and after-school club operator. We currently run our fun packed activity programmes from venues throughout Hertfordshire and North London. We are currently recruiting for qualified and experienced level 3 childcare, ECT and QTS professionals, preferably with early years experience to join our team. The role would be to work within our Mini Camp caring for the 3 and 4 year olds during the school holidays.
Must hold a relevant childcare qualification Level 3 or above, ECT or QTS

- Easter holidays - 7th - 17th April 2025 (can be flexible with dates)
- Summer Holidays - 14th July - 29th August (can be flexible with dates)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:50am - 3:50pm or 8.10am - 5.30pm

Job Description:
- Supervision of all children aged 3&4 years of age.
- Supporting overall care of 3&4 year old's (including toileting, dressing, eating, emotional support etc.)
- Prepare and carry out fun and exciting activities in accordance with the planning to a high quality.
- Provide a safe environment.
- Comply with all company H&S, safeguarding, child protection policies and procedures.
- Comply with the companies appointed EYFS key worker system.
- Communicate with parents/carers in a professional manner.
- Contribute and work positively as part of a team.
- Create an imaginative, fun, and stimulating environment for all children.
Person Specification:
- Must hold a relevant childcare qualification Level 3+, ECT or QTS
- Experience of working with children aged 3&4 years.
- Sound knowledge of EYFS.
- Minimum of 2 years childcare experience of working with children aged 3&4 years+
- Holds an up to date peadiatric or emergency first aid certificate (or willing to carry out training before start date).
- An updated DBS certificate.
- Fun, creative and enthusiastic.
- Ability to use own initiative and work positively as part of a team.
