About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head, Pastoral to join the senior leadership team at St. Francis` College.
As Deputy Head at St. Francis College you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible contributing to the management and leadership of the College and the day-to-day wellbeing, child protection, safeguarding and pastoral care of students and staff at the College.
Set in the midst of Letchworth Garden City, St. Francis' College has been providing a first class education for girls for over 85 years, blending traditional values and a modern vision.
St. Francis’ College has been recognised for its outstanding academic results, pastoral support and the extensive range of extracurricular activities available for students.
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who will work with the Head to ensure the safeguarding, child protection, wellbeing and pastoral care of all students, line managing relevant individuals and overseeing relevant policies.
We would like to hear from experienced leaders who have a proven track record of inspiring others to reach challenging goals through effective communication and good judgement. The ability to work successfully within a team and independently is essential for this role.
