About the role
We are looking to recruit a dedicated individual to join our well-established and busy after school club (Cedar Club). Our Cedar Club runs from 3pm – 6pm term time only. The Manager is responsible for:
· Planning activities for pupils in the club to access and enjoy
· Liaising with parents to arrange bookings
· Generate invoices and ensure these have been paid by liaising with the school’s admin team
· Distributing club policies to families and ensure these are adhered to
· Supervising playworkers to ensure play resources are set up for children before the session starts
· Supervising playworkers to ensure the sessions run smoothly
· Supporting with first aid
· Allocating key workers for EYFS children and ensuring relevant paperwork is completed
· Promoting a calm, happy environment
