We are looking to recruit a full-time teacher from September 2025.  This will be initially as a teacher within one of our Key Stage 2 classes, preferably Year 6 but this is negotiable.  This position is suitable for an experienced teacher or a very strong Early Careers Teacher.

St Catherine’s is a popular, growing, two-form entry, Church of England Primary School, conveniently located in the heart of the developing market town of Hoddesdon, within easy reach of the A10, M25 and M11.

We serve the local community in being the only Church of England Primary School in Hoddesdon and are proud to be rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2023. We work closely with our parents, carers and families and have a strong bond with St Catherine’s and St Paul’s Parish Church.

Children’s personal development is central to all we do. Our innovative school structure includes an Inclusion Team, who offer family support, nurture, and targeted support to children.  This means that we can provide early intervention quickly and support a positive learning environment.
