About the role
We are excited to be expanding our team and are currently seeking a caring and fun-loving individual with experience working with children.
Ideally, you will have a Level 3 childcare qualification, but we also encourage those with a Level 2 qualification to apply, as we offer apprenticeship opportunities.
Your main responsibilities would include:
* Planning and implementing engaging and creative activities tailored to the children's individual interests.
* Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
* Adhering to the club's policies and procedures at all times to ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
* Assisting in preparing snacks for the children.
Successful candidates will be required to provide two references, a complete work history (including explanations for any gaps), and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, term time, from 7:30am to 9am and 2:45 pm to 6:15 pm. We can also offer additional hours at our holiday clubs, which run from 8 am to 6 pm during school holidays.
