Description

Thank you for your interest in our school!

Pope Paul Catholic Primary School is a good school (Ofsted September 2022) and is set in beautiful grounds in the outskirts of Potters Bar. We are a small friendly school with seven full time classes from Reception  through to Year 6.  Our children are extremely well behaved, love to learn, friendly, enthusiastic and hard working.  The whole school community has a very caring and supportive ethos and is committed to giving the very best to our children.  We care about our fantastic staff and have many things in place to support wellbeing and work/life balance, which makes Pope Paul Catholic Primary School a desirable place to work.

At Pope Paul School the  uniqueness of every individual is valued and relationships are based on respect. We celebrate the diversity of our community and strive to be an inclusive school where different cultures are valued.

Our Catholic ethos permeates all areas of school life and is at the heart of our philosophy of education. The Gospel values underpin our aim to provide an outstanding, inspiring education for all.

It is our vision for every child to

  • be happy, caring and responsible,
  • develop a lifelong passion for learning
  • achieve their potential
  • embrace the challenges of the 21st century, whilst holding on to their Christian values and duty to care for all in God’s world.
