We are seeking to appoint a fantastic Class 4 teacher to our high-achieving and family-oriented school.
The successful candidate will:

Be enthusiastic, well-motivated and committed to enabling every child to achieve their best
- Be able to challenge, inspire, and develop positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers

Be a talented teacher, who has experience of teaching in key stage 2 or an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) who can quickly identify the strengths of individual children and build upon these with energy and vision.

Be flexible in their approach to change and innovation
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

Foster strong parental engagement to support student learning and development.
This is a permanent appointment, starting in January 2025/April 2025 or sooner for the right candidiate. Applications are invited for candidates seeking a full time role or a two day a week job share.
Subject leadership will be available for non-ECT's and you will have the opportunity to develop a range of leadership skills through a carefully constructed programme that is not only supportive of a positive work/life balance but impacts on children and their learning.
