About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full time or part time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team of staff and enthusiastic and wonderful children who have a love of learning. OLS has a creative and supportive team focused on raising standards through an enriched and ambitious curriculum as well providing exciting and memorable opportunities for all our pupils.
The successful applicant will be supporting children across the school. Experience of working in a similar role with children in a school or similar setting would be preferred. The ability to use your own initiative and to be able to work as a team member is crucial to the role.
We are a welcoming and friendly community school with supportive parents, delightful children and an enthusiastic and committed team of staff and governors.
Applicants must be in sympathy and willing to support the aims and values of our Catholic school but do not need to be Catholic themselves.
The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:30pm-3.15pm, term time only. Applications for less working hours will be considered.
There is also the option to work extended hours up to 5:30pm to support our wrap around after school club.
