About the role
Colney Heath School are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and committed person to work with our fabulous children, throughout Key Stage 1 and 2. The successful individual will have a passion for working with children who need support with their learning. They will build positive relationships with children and colleagues and understand the importance of a therapeutic approach to relationships.
The successful candidate will have :
- a kind, patient and nurturing attitude
- experience of working with children with additional needs, including ADHD and autism
- be able to take the initiative and work well in a team
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
