About the role
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant to join our SEND team. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with children with various Special Educational Needs providing 1:1 and small group support.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their own initiative in supporting all students, including those with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom. They will be able to work well in a team, liaising and working with both teachers and SEND staff. The successful candidate for this Teaching Assistant position will also be responsible for leading literacy and numeracy interventions within the department.
