Due to an increasing need at The Claxton Trust, we are expanding our team and are seeking a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our schools! Are you looking to work flexibly? These contracts will be on a casual basis, covering for staff absences on an adhoc basis. It is likely you will be asked to work at short notice. This could include an early morning call. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in creating a stimulating and supportive environment where our learners can develop the joy of learning.

About the Role:

  • Covering at Fairlands Primary School and Camps Hill Primary School
  • Term-time only contract 
  • Variable hours contract to cover absence, so no set hours/days per week
  • Hours: 8.45am - 3.15pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
  • You will be working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with children with additional needs.
  • Please note, this is a casual contract, therefore there is not a guaranteed number of hours per week.
