Situated in the picturesque and historic market town of Hitchin, it is conveniently located in the beautiful countryside just 25 minutes from London by train and with easy access to motorways and airports.
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a teacher of Modern Foreign Languages from February/March 2025. You will either be an experienced practitioner with excellent pedagogical knowledge and communication skills or have the potential to develop into such a practitioner. The ability to teach French at all key stages is essential.

We use the online courses on ActiveLearn as the basis for our teaching.

Lessons have a fully blended approach with students using individual chrome books in the majority of lessons.

We have French groups at all Key Stages of the curriculum.

There is a wide range of extra-curricular activities on offer including our Language Leaders programme, KS4 Project Polyglot programme, Beginners’ Japanese club and a number of trips and visits.

We are a collaborative team who willingly share resources and good practice in our meetings and MFL weekly briefings.
