This is an exciting and challenging role within our constantly improving and nurturing inclusive school.

The successful applicant will be well organised, have patience, is self-motivated and has an ability to relate positively to children, all of whom will need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

You will join a dedicated team, providing support to pupils, working closely with staff, parent and carers. The role will also involve working with external professionals to coordinate and implement specific behaviour and pastoral care.

You will be expected to support pupils through interventions, whole class and through small groups in the classroom, ensuring pupils have every opportunity to be successful through implementing therapeutic strategies.

Pay grade: H4, 9 -  £10,529.36 to H6, 14 - £12,972.00 Salary is dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications. (Term time only plus Inset days).

Hours: 21 hour per week, 8:30 - 3:30 (Days to be agreed).

Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 23rd July 2025 in the first instance with a view to possible extension for another academic year.
