About the role
Site Manager – H4/5 depending on experience
7 hours a day Times required involve split shift - 7am to 10am / 2pm to 6pm (opening/locking up the school)
Permanent (52 weeks of the year, 5 weeks holiday)
We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, self-motivated, flexible person to be our site manager providing effective and efficient site services including building security, basic health and safety checks, cleaning, porterage & minor repairs/maintenance. Ideally you will have experience of similar premises work and relevant practical DIY skills.
