Contract: Permanent

Hours:

30 or 37 hours per week, 52 weeks or Term Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks per year). 

A term time / non term time pattern may be considered for the right candidate.

All roles will require some flexibility in working hours with occasional work outside of the normal 8:30am – 5:00pm cycle as per customer and business needs.

Salary: £35,000 - £41,725 pro-rata

Location: Hybrid working with flexibility required to work remotely and on site in educational settings in Hertfordshire, and neighbouring counties as required. Working at least 1 day per week minimum from our Head office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and as required to meet business needs.

This is a varied, dynamic, and interesting role which will cover the full remit of generalist HR, with significant involvement in the management of complex employee relations casework, as well as supporting our customers with complex projects and consultancy. There are also numerous projects you will lead and own including running an HR forum, project managing HR conferences, and leading on our blog presence and thought leadership.

You'll be part of a team that values flexibility and pragmatism and has a heart for making a difference. Your expertise will empower our school customers to build strong, collaborative teams, ensure a positive impact on both staff and students. 

To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate an inquisitive, solution-focused approach to HR practice, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
