About the role

The Governors of Highover Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant (1:1) to work with children with an EHCP, across the school. This is a full time, fixed-term position (linked to EHCP banded funding) and will be paid on scale H1-H2 depending on experience.

Highover JMI School is a large primary school in Hitchin Hertfordshire, which has:

We are looking for a team player, with a positive attitude. You will need to be enthusiastic, hardworking and enjoy working with children and adults in our team. There will be opportunities for training and career development in school. You will need to liaise with parents, maintain a team working ethic and keep a record of the achievements of the children. 

We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. 

The closing date is Friday 25th October at 12.00pm   Interview date is Thursday 7th November 2024.
