Office Administrator
Grade: H3 plus fringe dependent on experience/qualifications
Hours: Full Time (5 Days 32.5 hours)
The Governors of St. Augustine’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a warm and approachable person who is a team player, efficient, can maintain a calm demeanor and sense of humour to join our brilliant office team as an Office Administrator.

The successful applicant will be able to:
- Produce and respond to correspondence as directed by the Headteacher
- Ensure the safer recruitment of all employees by carrying out all relevant safeguarding checks
- Provide admin support to the school as directed by the Headteacher
- Liaise with staff, pupils, parents, carers and external agencies as the need arises
- Undertake reception duties, acting as a point of contact in response to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, sign in visitors alongside the Office Team
- Operate bespoke school information systems such as; CPOMs, SIMs, Arbor,School Comms, Parent Evening Booking System
