The Role of a School Governor

Governors play a crucial role in the leadership of the school, working collectively to:

While experience in education is not required, we welcome applications from individuals with skills in areas such as finance, human resources, legal services, strategic planning, or community engagement.

Time Commitment

The role typically requires attendance at six full governing body meetings per academic year (generally held in the evenings), participation in relevant committees, and occasional training or school visits.
