About the role

Contract:  Fixed term contract for 12 months

Hours:       Full-time at 30 - 37 hours per week, TT + 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

Salary:       £28,268 – £32,470 p.a. pro-rata

Location:   Hybrid working consisting of remote working, flexibility required to work across  educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties, and up to 2 days per      week in our Head Office in Stevenage Hertfordshire. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends  where required.

We are seeking to recruit a driven and proactive person with experience working in schools/education settings to join us as a Recruitment Advisor, joining our HR & Recruitment Services team.

In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be responsible for both customer-facing and administrative tasks. You'll need to be an experienced multi-tasker, pragmatic, solution-focused, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. Ideally you would have experience of working with schools or within a school environment. Recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will partner with school leaders, governors and trustees to deliver a bespoke traded Leadership Recruitment Service. Offering expert, tailored advice, you’ll help them attract, select, and appoint senior leaders, empowering schools to create high-performing teams that positively impact both staff and students.

Working closely with your colleagues in Recruitment Services, you’ll also collaborate across HFL to ensure our customers receive the best service, every time.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This includes working on-site across various schools and settings, remote working and up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
