Brightside Preschool are an Early Years setting who are looking to do things a bit differently... we want to make childcare more affordable and accessible to families in our local community!
We have been open since January 2023 and, due to increasing numbers, we need pationate practitioners like you to help us make our setting the best it can be. Practitioners who believe in our vision for the future and want to make a difference.
We can offer:

- Fully funded continued professional development (CPD) and training courses:
- All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding as a minimum.
- Staff have access to a range of online training courses via Educare.
- Apprenticeships are also available at level 2, level 3 and level 5.

Applicants must have previous experience working with children under 5 years of age, with a level 3 Early Years qualification. Experience working with under 2s would also be an advantage.
