We are looking for a vibrant enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You MUST HAVE a NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or above in Early Years Practitioning.  We are proud of teaching and supporting children to become strong, independent and resilient, ready for school. We are open 8-6 offering wraparound care 50 weeks of the year. We have two rooms for children aged 2 to 4. Excellent knowledge of EYFS and SEND is a must. You will be able to observe, assess, plan and action strategies to support children to meet development goals. You will be a confident and proactive team member and able to discuss professionally plans and reflect with your team leaders/colleagues. You will feel a valued member of the team. We ideally would like to fill a full-time vacancy 8-4pm or 10-6pm but part-time would be considered if it fits the needs of our business e.g 12-6 or 12-4. You will be flexible and willing to attend staff meetings and training. We are closed for two weeks at christmas and Bank holidays. This position could be term-time if needed though there will opportunities to work during the holidays clubs.

Weekly pay. Two weeks paid holiday at Christmas plus 15 days annual leave and bank holidays paid / off. Uniform provided, DBS paid for. CPD; training opportunities to progress within the team. If you have an interest in a particular area we will support your learning as it also supports the setting to be the best it can. 

We are a friendly two room setting, in an area that needs proactive, good communicators to support our diverse cohort and families and liaise with outside professionals. You will have inspiring ideas, have a manner that provides exciting opportunities and communication plans that meets the needs of the individual children. You will be confident and able to action SEN Support plans, carry out strategies such as bucket time, communication circle and sensory circles.
