About the role
We are looking to recruit a dedicated individual to join our well-established and busy after school club (Cedar Club). Our Cedar Club runs from 3pm – 6pm term time only. Playworkers are responsible for:
· Setting up play resources for children before the session starts
· Supervising the children whilst they play
· Supporting pupils with snack time
· Interacting with the children in a positive way, being a play partner
· Promoting a calm, happy environment
· Supporting any pupils who need first aid
· Liaising with parents at the end of session
If you enjoy working as part of a team, are reliable, cheerful and have a good sense of humour we would love to hear from you. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed, we can show you round and talk you through the role in more detail.
