About the role

Westfield Primary School & Nursery is looking to recruit a versatile, enthusiastic and organised member of staff to work in our busy school office as a Office/Finance Administrator. 

You will need to be prepared to undertake a wide range of duties in our school office, overseeing the schools financial processes.  The successful candidate will pay excellent attention to detail and have good word processing skills and telephone manner. 

As the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors, we are looking for someone who is calm and professional at all times, can deal with queries and maintain confidentiality. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.

Depending on experience this post will be paid at H3 Points 5-6. 

The Hours will be 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday (Term time only) and flexibility can be considered for the right candidate.
